Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Please read and understand our store’s return, refund & exchange policy before placing any purchase.

All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated terms as below. We strictly do not accept change of mind returns, refund or exchanges.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy covers all items and it’s valid 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for factory defected items grossly misrepresented in product listings or order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in good condition (no intentional damage) and/or packaging intact.

REFUND POLICY

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if the returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the provided bank account within 21 business days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the refunded product. In the event that the item is out of stock, you can optionally exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy as above is met). For exchange to other available items of lower value no refund will be given for the difference in amount, for exchange to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

On a case by case basis, we may favorably consider your request to exchange an item, if an exchange is accepted, please note that a postage and handling fee of RM10 will be charged to cover the postage and administrative aspects of the return.
