- Choose your product
- Check product details
- Click on “Add to Cart”
Step 3: Checkout
- Click on Cart
- View Cart
- Check your order
- *key in coupon code and click apply coupon and update cart (if any)*
- Proceed to Checkout
- Provide delivery details
Step 4: Submit Order
- Tick a box “Terms and Condition”
- Click PLACE ORDER
- Make a payment using selected option

The steps involved in this process are really simple. All you need to do is:
- Shop an item, choose size and click “ADD TO CART”.
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Check the item details and move to next page.
- Please do register as a member before proceed to delivery page.
- On the address page, it will ask you to enter your delivery address. Please note that you can choose to have a different billing address on that page. After done with the address details, you may move to next page.
- You will receive a confirmation email after our team has validated the payment.
- Find a product that you like and select your size by clicking on the number or letter.
- Check the stock availability.
- Your product will be added to your basket in the top right corner.
- To edit or remove a product from your cart, click the bag icon in the top right corner (Shopping Cart) Then click the minus sign (-) to remove an item or the plus sign (+) to add the quantity of the same item.
Once an order has been packed, we are unable to add or change or amend any products from your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You will only pay the price that you see during checking out after including the shipping charges. No additional charges will be applied.

REFUND INFORMATION
IN STORE PURCHASES
Please return your purchases to either the store you purchased from or your local store.
ONLINE PURCHASES
We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Kindly state the item name or item code if you would like to make an exchange.

**Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning the whole order, the shipping cost you paid for your original order will be refunded automatically. If your order is faulty or if you received the wrong items, we will pay for the cost of return. However, you may be asked to provide pictures showing the damage.
Kindly take note that the approved refunds will be credited to the account as provided by customer within 21 days after we received the account number.
On occasions we are unable to send all of the items you have ordered. We will send you an email if you are to expect any missing items from your order so please check your mailbox. Some details may also be printed on your dispatch note. We will refund any payment taken for items not sent. If you have not received an email from us or if there is no information on your dispatch note, please contact our Customer Care team at 013-403 4060 and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
